Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or utilizing CookiePrime (the "Service") across any supported platform—including Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Wix, customized HTML deployments, and integrated eCommerce ecosystems—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all of these terms, you must immediately cease usage and uninstall the Service.

2. Description of Service

CookiePrime provides sovereign privacy compliance infrastructure, automated cookie auditing tools, consent management architectures, and open-source schema generation software (SchemaForge). These services are engineered to assist organizations in meeting global privacy regulations.

3. General Subscriptions & Billing

For users integrating the Service directly via our native web tags, NPM packages, WordPress, Wix, or Google Tag Manager, the following commercial guidelines apply:

• Tiered Licensing: Access is provided according to the specific plan selected during checkout (e.g., Starter, Pro, Business, or Agency Partner).
• Payment Processing: Billing is processed directly through CookiePrime's secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule as selected.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your direct subscription at any time within the CookiePrime billing dashboard. Refunds are subject to the active Service Level Agreement corresponding to your tier.

4. Shopify Integration Terms

For merchants utilizing the Service specifically through the Shopify App Store ecosystem, the following explicit policies supercede general billing terms to ensure platform compliance:

• Unified Pricing Model: CookiePrime is provided to all Shopify merchants under a single, unified flat-rate plan of $6.00 USD per month.
• Native Billing Requirements: All recurring subscription charges, transaction invoicing, and payment processing are strictly governed by and executed through the native Shopify GraphQL Billing API. CookiePrime will not process payments externally for Shopify merchants.
• Cancellations & Uninstalls: Merchants may cancel the Service at any time by uninstalling the CookiePrime application directly from their Shopify administration dashboard. This action immediately ceases future billing.
• Data Deletion Webhooks: CookiePrime fully implements Shopify’s mandatory data webhooks. Upon application uninstallation (shop/redact) or end-user request (customers/redact), CookiePrime will permanently purge the associated records from our active cloud environments within the timeframe mandated by Shopify policy.

5. BigCommerce Integration Terms

For merchants utilizing the Service specifically through the BigCommerce App Marketplace, the following explicit policies supercede general billing terms to ensure platform compliance:

• Unified Pricing Model: CookiePrime is provided to all BigCommerce merchants under a single, unified flat-rate plan of $6.00 USD per month.
• Native Billing Requirements: All recurring subscription charges, transaction invoicing, and payment processing are strictly governed by and executed through the native BigCommerce Billing API. CookiePrime will not process payments externally for BigCommerce merchants.
• Cancellations & Uninstalls: Merchants may cancel the Service at any time by uninstalling the CookiePrime application directly from their BigCommerce store administration dashboard. This action immediately ceases future billing.
• Data Deletion Webhooks: CookiePrime fully implements BigCommerce data compliance standards. Upon application uninstallation or a verified merchant request, CookiePrime will permanently purge the associated environment records from our active databases.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While CookiePrime maintains high-availability cloud infrastructure, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely free of operational interruptions.

Under no circumstances shall CookiePrime, its executives, or its affiliates be held financially liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost revenue, data breaches, or regulatory compliance fines. The implementation of CookiePrime does not constitute formal legal advice, and you remain exclusively responsible for validating your legal compliance.

8. Modifications to these Terms

CookiePrime reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes impacting commercial billing or structural liability, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice prior to enactment. Continued usage of the Service after the publication of new terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revisions.
